Positive: Small but spacious studio apartment with a large bed and mattress topper, lockable staircase, clean and bright.

Negative: When I was there (March), the nights were still cold, so the apartment was chilly. There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet from time to time.

Summary: Spacious, clean apartment with a few minor drawbacks.

Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable. Good communication.

Negative: The kitchen has no light above the cooking area. The shower needs a door, otherwise the bathroom floor floods in water.
